Fixed-Credits slide not updated when images are deleted

The attribution for an image should be removed from the credits slide when the image is deleted and this is currently not happening.

Fixed this bug and also added an optional editable field to the credits slide in case the instructor uploads their own resources instead of searching for them on the web.
