Fixed/Completed-Link copy button when presenting BuzzQuiz game

When presenters host a game, the link that should be copied and shared isn't subconsciously obvious. Adding a copy-link button next to the "join" link would both intimate that the link is shareable and make it quicker to copy.

Link copy added - a small button appears to the right of the URL with an icon of a clipboard to indicate it's a copy button.
