Fixed - Add instructions for importing to D2L to confirmation dialog

After the user clicks on the Publish to D2L button, they see a confirmation dialog after the zip file is created. Adding instructions on how to import the file into this dialog will make is more convenient than looking up this info in the help file.

Also need to add to the same confirmation dialog instructions on how to view student's scores in the SCORM report, if they included a quiz results screen. Go to Content -> Table of Contents -> View Reports -> SCORM Reports.
